BRISA - AUTO-ESTRADAS DE PORTUGAL S.A. ("BAE") with head office at Quinta da Torre da Aguilha, Edifício Brisa, 2785-599 São Domingos de Rana, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Cascais under the single registration number and corporate entity number 500 048 177, with a share capital of EUR 6 000 000.00, is responsible for processing personal data referred to as event planning and management and stakeholders’ management. It aims at event planning and management, as well and contacting and hearing what stakeholders have to say regarding issues relevant to their line of business, in order to pursue their legitimate interests, namely innovation, mobility and sustainability.
Personal data directly provided by their holders (e.g. when filling out event sign-in forms) or indirectly (for some stakeholders, asthey hold public office or especially relevant positions) shall be confidentially processed and used only for the purposes for which they are collected.
Personal data relating to event planning and management shall be kept for three years from the last event’s date of registration and those from stakeholders while the relationship between the company and said holders lasts, namely while they hold their positions.
BAE uses only processors who guarantee the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data, ensuring that the rights of data holders are safeguarded in light of the legislation in force.

Without prejudice to any other means of administrative or judicial appeal, you are entitled to file a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (Portuguese National Data Protection Commission, CNPD) or other appropriate control authority in accordance with the law, should you consider the processing of your data by BAE to be in violation of the applicable law at any time.
