Client Management - VVS Customer Services
The collected personal data will be processed by Via Verde Serviços, S.A. ("VVS"), with headquarters at Quinta da Torre da Aguilha, Edifício Brisa, parish of São Domingos de Rana, municipality of Cascais, having a capital stock of 50,000.00 Euros, registered at the Commercial Registry of Cascais, with corporate body single registration number 509 039 863, as the sole responsible entity for processing the personal data.
The supplied information will be processed in a confidential manner. It will be used for management purposes and also towards the relationship with VVS as a result of the take-up of VVS Customer Services, in which the processing of this data is required for the performance of a contract regarding which the data provider is bound to.
VVS may transmit your data to subcontractors for the aforementioned purposes, in accordance with the terms of the contracts signed with such entities. VVS only resorts to subcontractors who warrant the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of your data, thereby ensuring that your rights are upheld in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
Additionally, your personal data may be transmitted to competent entities (such as to legal authorities) under the terms of the law.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of five years after expiry of your adhesion to the VVS Customer Services, with the exception of data which must be conserved for the periods which are legally applicable to personal data for accounting, tax, legal and contractual purposes.
Under the terms of the applicable legislation, you may exercise your rights at any time, namely those relative to the access of your personal data, its correction, elimination or the limitation of its processing, to the transferability of your data or to oppose its processing, by way of a request to the VVS, in writing, to the following email address: cliente@viaverde.pt or address: Quinta da Torre da Aguilha, Edifício Brisa, 2785-599 São Domingos de Rana.
Notwithstanding any other administrative or legal remedies, you are entitled to file a complaint to the CNPD, or to any other competent overseeing authority under the terms of the law, in the event that you believe that the processing of your data, on behalf of VVS, violates the legal regime in effect at any moment.

VVS may alter this Privacy Policy at any moment. Such changes will be duly published at the following website: http://www.viaverde.pt. In case the changes have a substantial impact on your rights and liberties, VVS will notify you of these changes using the contact data you made available to us.
